Planet Ibiza - Corporate Party

We were booked to put together an immersive entertainment package for a mortgage company's annual party.

The theme was 'Planet ibiza' - a brilliant theme for us to get our teeth stuck into, and we enjoyed creating a package to entertain guests throughout the night.

We wanted to create a wow factor entrance for guests, so as they arrived, they were greeted by our LED Stilt Walkers, LED Hostesses, and our infamous Mirror Men, as well as our LED Sax Player, performing ambient background music to create a lively atmosphere right from the beginning.

The scene was set in the main room, our HD Video Wall and Asteria lighting providing the perfect amblence for the room. We also provided giant Dance CageProps either side of the stage, to bring a focus to the freestyle dancers. Our support DJ played throughout the night, while bespoke graphics played on the screen behind him to really bring the theme to life.

The climax of the night was our Visual DJ Show, featuring 4 of our Glow Girl Dancers performing a choreographed routine, followed by our Space Girls for freestyle dance sets accompanied by our singer and LED Saxophonist. They really got the party started and making sure everyone got on the dance floor.

To make sure that every guests got to experience the entertainment to the max, we had a number of walkabout interactive acts mingling with guests, Including our Mirror Men and LED Walkabout Frames with our Space Girls, who ensured everyone got the perfect picture to remember the night.
